Everything you want to know about Innovique Studio, from how the agents work to what certain features include.
New to Innovique Studio? Here's what most people want to know before they dive in.
Your workspace is home base: one project, one brand, one place where your personas, brand profile, and agents all live together. If you manage multiple brands or clients, you can set up a separate workspace for each, so nothing ever gets mixed up or diluted.
Your brand profile is the DNA of your business inside Innovique Studio. It captures your voice, tone, values, visual style, and the things you'd never say (or wouldn't be caught dead saying). We use it as the north star for every agent, so whether you're generating a social post or a full campaign, it sounds like you, not a generic template.
Each workspace gets its own Brand Profile/Guidelines. Once the guidelines are created and saved they are used by every agent to ensure all content produced is on brand, all the time. If your plan supports multiple workspaces, each one gets its own Brand Profile/Guidelines. For example if you are a Freelancer and have 2 clients you can use the Business account and add your brand as the main account and each client as a separate workspace to a total of 3 workspaces. Each has their own Brand Guidelines, Knowledge and Memory so content never blends, drifts or skews from the brand.
A persona is your target customer, brought to life. Think of it as a snapshot of who you're trying to reach: their goals, their frustrations, how they talk, and what makes them say yes. Once you build a persona, every agent in your workspace can use it to write, plan, and strategize with that specific person in mind, instead of using a generic audience. And...you can chat directly with them!
Core agents handle the everyday work of marketing: strategy, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and analytics. They're the reliable team members you'll lean on daily, built with real marketing expertise and connected so they hand off work seamlessly instead of working in silos.
Atlas, Nexus, and Scout are specialist agents for deeper, more strategic work. Atlas focuses on big-picture planning and orchestration across your marketing efforts. Nexus is your prospecting agent. Scout digs into competitive research and market intelligence, so your strategy is built on what's actually happening out there, not assumptions. Nova is your general business assistant that is here for creating proposals, job descriptions, interview questions and more.
Knowledge are rules you curate (for example: We call customers "partners" and never use the term clients). Memory is what an agent remembers about your specific context and past work, so it builds on previous conversations instead of starting from scratch. Guidelines are the guiding principals of your voice, tone, look, feel, key messages, fonts and colors that shape how an agent applies its knowledge and memory to your work. Together, they're why our agents feel less like tools and more like teammates who actually know your business.
No. That's actually one of the most important things Innovique Studio does differently. You build your brand profile once, and every agent carries it into every session automatically.
The number of included websites are one website per workspace. Each website comes with 2 environments (production and staging). You can add your own custom domain name. You can use our AI Website builder or use or visual block builder to create your website. When you are ready you attach your domain and click publish!
A Production environment is where your live website lives and is served to your active domain name. A staging environment is a working copy that nobody sees that allows you to make updates and changes to your site without them going live. When you are ready for your staging site to go live it is as simple as clicking a button. you can sole copy your production to staging and push staging to production.
Brand sync is a feature that allows the account owner to sync the parent Workspace brand guidelines to all child workspaces in the account. This is great for businesses with different departments using the software who may have their own memory and knowledge requirements but need to create using the same brand guidelines. Especially handy for real Estate Agents to add their branding once and it flows to all workspaces (properties for sale!!!).
Atlas is available on Business and higher plans. Atlas is the orchestrator in the group. Atlas takes your request analyses it and delegates the tasks out to each specialized agent. When the individual agents complete the task Atlas gives you the details and continues with the rest of the plan. Every agent delegation gets their output saved as a new chat so you can go back and work with that content later if desired.
The workshop is a storage zone with a text editor where you can send agent content for direct editing, or save it for future use. You can send saved workshop content to any agent at the slick of a button. you can also export items as management/client ready PDF files.
SEO Lab allows you to add your keywords to a list and it then monitors your ranking for those keywords. Spyglass is a competitive monitor that allows you to monitor competitor search rankings and content gaps.
Our Brand Guideline engine can ingest a PDF of your brand guidelines and/or review your website and pull the important information and synthesize it into your brand guidelines. If you want to build your brand from the ground up you can consul Compass agent who will walk you through the process step by step to create your brand from scratch. After your Compass session you will have everything you need for your brand guidelines, personas, key messages, mission, vision compiled into a final brand document. This is also saved to your Agent Memory for use in all further agent work. an excellent place to start or refine your existing brand.
Once you have your brand guidelines input you can generate personas from them. Once your personas are generated you can start chatting with them similar to chatting with any of the agents in the platform. you can ask them questions about their likes and dislikes, how they like to e communicated with, what fuels their purchasing decisions...the possibilities are endless. If you need to refine a persona you can edit the personas and change or enrich the data at any time. If your plan allows you can also host a persona focus group and ask the group the same question and get a response from each persona. If you're in the mood for a debate select the round table option and send the group a topic to discuss and your personas will discuss amongst each other and the moderator will present you with their discussion as well as a summary.
A presentation is a slide deck that you generate. You can present it directly from the application and it takes over your full screen and if you have multiple monitors you get a presenter view with notes and timing. If your plan allows, you can publish a presentation which publishes the presentation to a unique URL that you can share with clients, management etc for review. Published presentations come with metrics for average slides viewed, how many views, how many pages. you can also password protect a published presentation so only users with the password can view it. You can also unpublish a presentation at any time. Presentation limits are not cumulative monthly but the total number of active presentations you can have at one time.
There is a robust Help agent in the platform that you can chat with for quick answers. If you run into a question that the Help agent cannot help with then you will be directed to contact our support team. you can do this directly from the application.
